Prayer Certificate Instructions
    1.    Download and Print: Click below to open the Prayer Certificate (PDF or image) and print it out.
    2.    Fill Out Your Information: Write your name and complete the certificate as instructed.
    3.    Submit Your Certificate:
    •    Option 1: Take a clear photo or scan of your completed certificate and upload it using the form below.
    •    Option 2: Email your completed certificate to bfaainc@gmail.com

Once received, BFAA will print and file your Prayer Certificate for recordkeeping.
